7. The c section rate for nulliparous mothers (47.6%), is very high, and an increase on the November 2025 rate (42.1%).The rate for multiparous mothers (42%), is also high and might indicate limited VBAC choices. This also shows a small increase on the December 2025 rate in multiparous c section rates (40.5%). The induction rate for first time mothers is very high (44.4%), but this is a decrease on the December 2025 rate of 50%. The multiparous induction rate (34.6%) shows shows a decrease from the rate of 39.1% in December 2025.
