1. First time mother assisted rate for this month: 23.4%

2. Birthed before mother assisted rate for this month: 5.7%

3. First time mother induction rate for this month: 50%

4. Birthed before induction rate for this month 25.5%

5. First time mother Caesarean section rate for this month: 47.9%

6. Birthed before Caesarean section rate for this month: 46.2%

7. Caesarean section rates are shockingly high for both nulliparous and multiparous mothers and shows an increase from the October 2025multiparous data of 41.2% . First time mother induction rate is also high, but there was a significant drop in the multiparous induction rate from 35.9% in October 2025 to 25.5% this month.
