Commentary:

1. First time mother assisted rate for this month: 41.41%

2. Birthed before mother assisted rate for this month: 3.9%

3. First time mother induction rate for this month: 65.5%

4. Birthed before induction rate for this month 41.2%

5. First time mother Caesarean section rate for this month: 24.1%

6. Birthed before Caesarean section rate for this month: 45.1%

7. Caesarean section rates are comparatively low for FTM at 24.1% and show a significant decrease from October 2025 when the rate was 51.3%.

   The rate of assisted births for FTM are extremely high at 41.41%, and show a significant increase from the rate of 30.8% in October 2025

   The FTM induction rate is extremely high, and shows a significant increase from the already high rate of 46.2% in October 2025.

   The c section rate for multiparous mothers is very high in comparison to other hospitals. This might indicate a limited support for VABC or a policy of repeat LSCS.
