Commentary:

1. First time mother assisted rate for this month: 21.2%

2. Birthed before mother assisted rate for this month: 11.6%

3. First time mother induction rate for this month: 45.5%

4. Birthed before induction rate for this month 34.9%

5. First time mother Caesarean section rate for this month: 48.5%

6. Birthed before Caesarean section rate for this month: 41.9%

7. Caesarean section rates are extremely high for both nulliparous and multiparous mothers. However, there was a reduction in the outrageous FTM c section of 62.5% in October 2025 to 48.5% this month. The multiparous rate also dropped from 45.9% in October 2025 to 41.9% this month. This is balanced out by an increase in the assisted delivery rate from October 2025. It rose from 12% to 21.22% this month.

   FTM induction rate is also very high at 45.5%, but again this is lower than it was in October 2025 when the FTM induction rate was 55%.
